Carrot and Pineapple Cooler

Ingredients

3 carrots, chopped roughly
3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed ice

Instructions

Place the first three ingredients into blender and blend until liquified.

Add crushed ice and blend again. Stir well and serve immediately.

Makes 6 servings.
