Jicama and Fresh Fruit Platter

from The Best of Sunset: Light and Healthy Cookbook
1 small jicama, peeled, rinsed and sliced
1 c. watermelon, chunked
1 c. honeydew melon, chunked
1 papaya, peeled and chunked
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
2/3 c. fresh lime juice
chili powder
Arrange fruit on plate.
Squeeze lime juice over the fruit.
Sprinkle fruit with salt and chili powder.
This is great, particularly on a hot day.
