Fruit Muesli

Ingredients
2 medium apples, cored and chunked
1 c. pitted prunes
1-3/4 c. water
2 c. rolled oats
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Place apples, prunes and water into blender or food processor. Blend, scraping sides often, until fruit is finely chopped. Pour into a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Serve with milk or milk substitute and sprinkle, if desired, with chopped nuts, dried fruit, and/or fresh fruit.
